1. Scope of Policy
This Refund Policy governs all transactions made directly with Tacos La Catedral, whether at physical points of sale (i.e., the food truck) or through contractual agreements for private events. By purchasing our products or retaining our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.
2. No Refunds on Completed Purchases
All food and beverage sales made at the truck are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, prepared, and delivered to the customer:
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for reasons including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with taste preferences.
Refunds will not be granted due to allergies or dietary restrictions not disclosed before ordering.
We encourage customers to ask questions about ingredients or menu items before placing an order. Our team is trained to assist with allergen and dietary inquiries.
3. No Refunds After Event Service
In the case of private bookings, catering, or event service engagements:
Once the event has concluded and Tacos La Catedral has fulfilled its contracted service obligations, no refunds or partial credits will be provided under any circumstances, including claims related to quantity, timing, guest feedback, or weather conditions.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that event expectations, guest counts, service times, and any relevant logistical details are confirmed in writing at least 7 days before the event.
4. Deposits and Prepayments
All deposits made to reserve Tacos La Catedral for private events are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the client:
No portion of the deposit will be returned.
Additional cancellation fees may apply based on proximity to the scheduled event date (see our Terms & Conditions for full details).
If Tacos La Catedral is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure or internal operational emergencies, the client may be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amounts, excluding force majeure circumstances as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Dispute Resolution
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute or claim arising from a transaction with Tacos La Catedral:
Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith.
